Noise, noise, noise

What's up everyone? We've updated the Rocket Fuel Is The Key page with some - never before released - downloadable songs. The songs available come from the last recording session the band did before the big sleep. This is very different material than the Corruption Is King stuff but if you like the heavy, noisy stuff you'll want to visit this page and check it out. The page also lays out a good part of the history that evolved into Scott's creating Corruption Is King with Matt and Mike. Election results in, the outlook is grim

The selfish and deceptive right wing empire grows, the right wing fear factory is set to continue and increasingly distract us from the economic and corporate mess they've created but don't want us to think -or know- about. Not since the 1930's has the US House of Representatives, the US Senate and the White House been controlled by one party, this takes away many of the checks and balances we have to maintain a unified and fair strength as a country. Let's not forget that the great depression occured in the 1930's, and was sparked largely by war and its effects. Read between the lines and look closely at the path the country is on with the current right wing leadership. Now more than ever it is time to watch what our government is doing and strongly voice your opinions through letters to senators, letters to media outlets, phone calls, etc. What you do does make a difference.

If you're not registered to vote, please do so. A punk rockers vote counts the same as the corrupt corporate vote, it seems this time though that the right wing was more organized and motivated. Let's stop it from happening that way again.

As we are surely in for a bumpy ride, I could think this morning of only one benefit to the right wing control that the majority of voters have brought to power. Surely the amount of cerebral, angry, relevant rock music will increase over the next few years as the right wing continues to instigate, destroy and corrupt. The quality of the impending musical release of frustration will surely vary but I welcome it none the less.

Watch out for yourself, your friends and loved ones as George Bush's "big brother/scare tactics" approach and its followers will surely be watching you. While terrorism is definitely a threat to all free people on some level, don't forget, the threat that the far right poses to your personal freedom and our way of life is even greater today than it was yesterday. Its our duty as patriotic Americans to keep an eye on those running the country. Don't underestimate the powers that be and their ability to affect you directly.

The rock will continue, and now with even more inspiration. Make no mistake, CORRUPTION IS KING.
