The new kid is in, the mixing is done and SXSW is over... whew.

We mixed the new four song recording on the 1st of March with Chris Gates and Bryan Nelson at Sweatbox and got it all together that week. I've posted one new song on the MP3 page for download and I'll have the other 3 available for download over the next week. Bryan did a quick fucked up mix of one of the songs that I may post for download as well.

As those of you who came to the Emo's show on the 8th witnessed, we added a 4th member to the band. John Davis is the new kid. Ironically, John comes to us from Kansas City (via Colorado), KC of course was my home for a few years back in the Rocket Fuel days. We're stoked to be playing with John as he adds huge-ness to the already big sound of the band. John did the show with just a few rehearsals under his belt and he pulled it off smashingly.

We're in Dallas at the end of the month then back here in Austin at the Flamingo Cantina in April. We'll be smoothing the rough edges on the new line up over the next couple of months and we hope to record our debut full length by the end of the year, stay tuned. Best to everyone.
